Group VAT Management is the complete solution to allow companies belonging to a corporate group, to manage VAT group settlement.

The group VAT settlement procedure is a particular tax settlement mechanism that corporate groups can access. Introduced with "VAT decree" in 1972 and modified in 2017, the procedure provides that periodic settlements and year-end adjustments are made by the parent company. The parent company determines the VAT due through an internal compensation system for VAT credits and payables emerging from the periodic settlements and annual declarations of the group companies

Thanks to the app developed by Agic Technology it is possible to extend the standard VAT functionalities.

The module VAT Group Management cover the following functionalities:

• VAT settlements of legal entities;
• VAT Group settlement;
• Creation of an XML file for VAT periodic communication;
• Creation of an XML file for VAT group periodic communication.
